With the launch of Cyberthum, Bhutani had delivered a quality product in the commercial tower / office complex category and defined service standards that elevated the brand into the highest standards in real-estate products. Now they were keen to position a workspace concept within Cyberthum - MyPod.

Context

Bhutani converted a section of the Cyberthum project into a stylish co-working concept and wanted to position workstations and other co-working solutions as an ideal investment or ownership opportunity for start-ups, freelancers & professionals. A clearly defined proposition, distinctive personality and unparalleled marketing collateral were therefore essential.

The challenge was to create a modern and inviting brand based on the lifestyle and aspirations of the start-up community, together with the visually-charged representation of what success in a corporate world looks like.

The identity capitalises on the elevated living associated with the tower and the dramatic setting of the co-working spaces that has access to every premium feature and facility available in the commercial complex.

Strategy

All great people start their career with one key value: ambition. So, what do people buy when they buy a MyPod space? They buy ambition. The “Ambition Begins Here” tagline flows naturally from this rationale: to be ambitious means to unlock your strength and conquer the world. This gave an entirely new and deeper meaning to the brand’s wordkmark: the MyPod wordmark became the signature with which to sign your intent and conquer the world.

We created the campaign concept ‘More’ to reflect the iconic location, the exceptional quality and worldclass amenities that came along with the property.

Outcome

The brand idea was born from an extensive research and strategy phase with the aim of focusing on those features of the own-able co-working space that truly represented the value proposition of aspiring start-ups and professionals in a cluttered and often mistrusted industry. We created a lifestyle brand that captured the excitement and allure of the working in a higher frequency. We tapped into the definitive luxury and prestige of Cyberthum, Bhutani’s flagship high-rise in Noida, to deliver an elevated brand identity and lease-up campaign.
