Jiaozi

In Dubai’s cosmopolitan dining landscape, Asian cuisine is both abundant and evolving. From ramen bars to sushi counters and fusion kitchens, the market is saturated with concepts competing for attention through décor trends and short-lived novelty. Jiaozi was envisioned as a contemporary Asian dining destination built for a multicultural, globally minded audience. But it had no name, no narrative, and no identity.
